基于规则与生物免疫机理的多目标作业调度方法应用研究
Study on Scheduling Method and Applica tion with Multi-objective Based on Rule and Immune Mechanism
【摘要】 敏捷制造单元是一个涉及多目标、多约束和多扰动的复杂系统,它的最优作业调度求解有很大难度。这里分析了敏捷制造环境的作业调度规律及其特点,建立了用于调度启发式规则集合,构造了基于生物免疫机理的作业调度算法,并对生物智能算法涉及的相关参数进行了分析与优化。并且以调度案例库中的部分案例为对象,给出了基于规则和生物智能计算调度方法的优化结果,及其与其他调度方法的对比分析。
【Abstract】 Agile manufacturing cell is a complicated syst em with multi-objective, multi-restriction and variable disturbance. This adds the complexity to find the optimal solution for scheduling. In this paper, the characteristic and disciplinarian of scheduling unde r agile manufacturing is analyzed. The set of heuristic rules of sche duling is constructed. The scheduling algorithm is given and the parameter of the scheduling model is optimized. The result of the scheduling is discussed. The single objective problem, multi-objective problem, different combina tions of the multi-objective and different coefficients are compared w ith engineering example.
