【Abstract】 A new tape & reel feeder vision tester is introduced. By virtue of methods of vision processing, the test of work condition of a tape & reel feeder can be achieved with fast-speed and high-accuracy. To introduce the composition of vision system and give the choosable principle of type of lens, camera and light resource. Meanwhile, vision processing algorithms are explained in detail. The tests of products have demonstrated that the accuracy reaches to rate of sub-pixel and the test time of single hole is less than 100 ms.更多还原
