新型硅芯晶体炉的开发与设计
Design and Development of a New Silicon Core Crystal Growth Furnace
【摘要】 从分析硅芯晶体生长的工艺特点出发,简要介绍了硅芯晶体生长设备的设计思想以及新近开发设计的新型硅芯晶体炉的机械结构及电气控制系统。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces briefly the design ideas of the silicon core crystal growth equipment from analyzing the technique characteristic of the Silicon Core crystal growth, and introduces briefly the furnace that developed newly, its mechanical structure and electric control system.
