【Abstract】 The theme of knowledge-based economy era is knowledge innovation, which is built on learning. That is to say, knowledge economy means learning economy. It is certain that changes of the core of social life, features of economy, and distribution of resources would lead to changes of modes and features of human learning. This paper intends to discuss the impact of knowledge-based economy on changes of learning, which would be outspread in three important aspects: from knowledge learning to competence cultivating, from knowledge application to knowledge management, and from knowledge possession to knowledge sharing.更多还原
