0.1TW脉冲功率源电流电压测量探头的设计与标定
Design and calibration of measuring probes on 0.1 TW pulsed power source
【摘要】 根据0.1TW脉冲功率源同轴型脉冲传输线的结构特点,设计了内嵌式电容分压器作为脉冲高电压测量探头,利用不锈钢金属膜连接传输线外筒和负载外筒,构成回流器作为脉冲强电流探头。用在线标定的方法对该电流电压测量探头进行了标定。结果表明:电容分压器和金属膜回流器具有性能稳定、功率负荷大等优点,是测量脉冲电压和电流较为理想的探头。
【Abstract】 Based on the coaxial cylindrical structure of pulse transmission line (PTL) of a 0.1 TW pulsed power source, a capacitive voltage divider was designed and inserted in between the inner tube and the outer tube of the PTL. A stainless steel film connecting the outer tube of the PTL and load was designed as pulsed current monitor. The capacitive voltage divider and the current monitor were calibrated on line. The voltage ratio of the capacitive voltage divider was determined to be 418.5 with an accuracy of 4.6% and the resistance of the stainless steel film 1.43 mΩ with an accuracy of 5.1%. The results show that the capacitive voltage divider and the current monitor are ideal probes for measuring high pulsed voltage and current.
