【Abstract】 Multi Degree of Freedom motor is an advanced field in the research of motor. The rapid and full development in this field has been shown in the recent years. This thesis introduces the developing history and present situation of multi degree of freedom ultrasonic motor, discusses the structure, working mechanism, property and the application prospect of the motor recently, mainly discussing spherical ultrasonic motor.
