【摘要】 目的　了解遂溪县黄胸鼠和褐家鼠对杀鼠灵的抗药性发展程度。方法　采用全国鼠类抗药性监测协作组统一方法。结果　黄胸鼠的抗性率为 8. 16%,比 1992年 2. 7%监测结果有发展趋势;褐家鼠未发现抗性鼠。结论　第一代抗凝血灭鼠剂仍然敏感,可继续使用,但应加强监测,注意黄胸鼠抗性种群形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To monitor the resistance of Rattus flavipectus and Rattus norvegicus to Warfarin in Suixi County of Guangdong. Methods With the method of the National Rodent Resistance Surveillance Cooperating Group. Results Resistance rate of Rattus flavipectus to Warfarin in Suixi was 8.16%, that there was a increase compared with that of 2.7% in 1992, but no resistance individual of Rattus norvegicus had been found. Conclusions The first generation anticoagulant rodenticiden could still be used in the locus, but it should pay attention to the development of resistance in the population, especially in Rattus flavipectus.更多还原
