【摘要】 目的　确证塔里木盆地同型客蚤指名亚种(Xenopsyllaconformisconformis)的媒介能力。方法　按业已通用的程序和技术。结果　经实验证实该蚤的鼠疫菌感染率是 83. 33%,菌栓率为 16. 75%。用 1~2只菌栓蚤叮咬子午沙鼠 (Mer ionesmeridianus),只能使宿主产生低下的血清学反应。结论　通过对塔里木盆地同型客蚤指名亚种鼠疫菌感染率、菌栓率、菌栓蚤传病能力及该蚤在子午沙鼠的体蚤指数等因素分析,表明该蚤在塔里木盆地实际上不具备促成子午沙鼠鼠疫流行的传播能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To confirm the vector capacity of Xenopsylla conformis conformis from the Tarim Basin. Methods According to the procedures and techniques in common use. Results The infective rate of the flea was 83.33%, and the blocked rate was 16.75%. When Meriones meridianus were bited by the blocked fleas, there were quiet low serological reactions in the host. Conclusions Those, the infective rate, the blocked rate of Y. pestis, the transmitting capacity of blocked fleas and the analysis of flea index on M. meridianus, showed that the flea actually had no transmission capacity in plague prevalence of M.eridianus.更多还原
