可控消融等离子技术治疗半月板损伤
Clinical Application of Radiofrequency Ablation Technology in Treatment of Meniscus Injury Under Arthroscopy
【摘要】 目的探讨可控消融等离子技术治疗半月板损伤的临床疗效。方法在关节镜下使用不同能量的可控消融等离子技术对42例损伤的膝关节半月板进行部分切除、成形。结果经15~30个月(平均25.2个月)的随访,38膝(90%)优,4膝(10%)良。结论可控消融等离子技术是一种治疗膝关节半月板损伤的简单、有效、安全的微创治疗方法。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of meniscus injury. Methods 42 cases of damaged meniscus of knee joint were treated with radiofrequency ablation under arthroscopy. Results After 15 to 30 months(mean 25.2 months) follow-up, 38 knees ( 90%) were evaluated as excellent, and 4 (10%) as good. Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation was a safe, simple and effective technology for the treatment of meniscus injury of knee joints.
