【摘要】 介绍了BH-411光亮硫酸镀锡的工艺配方、工艺流程和镀液的维护与管理,讨论了镀液中的硫酸、硫酸亚锡和添加剂的作用。中试实验结果表明:使用BH-411光亮硫酸镀锡工艺,所得镀层结晶细致、光亮,与基材的结合力良好,可焊性能好,抗变色性强。该工艺可以在生产中推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The process formula and flow of BH-411 bright sulfate tin plating, maintenance and management of the bath were introduced. The functions of sulfuric acid, stannous sulfate and additive in the electrolyte were discussed. The results of scale-up experiments show that the deposits obtained by the BH-411 bright sulfate tin plating process are dense and bright, and have good adhesion to substrate, solderability and strong anti-tarnish ability.
