纳米氧化锌的性能及其在涂料中的应用

【摘要】 由于尺寸效应,纳米氧化锌具备普通氧化锌所没有的特殊性能。介绍了电化学、物理改性和化学改性等纳米氧化锌的表面处理方法,以及溶胶凝胶、原位聚合、共混和插层等纳米涂料的制备方法。还介绍了纳米氧化锌的性能,如紫外屏蔽性能、补强性、抗菌除臭性、阻燃性等,分析了纳米氧化锌具备这些特殊性能的机理。由于具备以上性能,纳米氧化锌作为颜填料对涂料性能有明显的改善作用并赋予了涂料新的功能。对纳米氧化锌在涂料中的应用前景提出了展望。

【Abstract】 Nano-ZnO is of special characteristics for its dimension effect. The surface treatment methods of nano-ZnO were introduced, which include electrochemistry, physical modification and chemical modification. The preparation methods of nano-coating including solgel-gel, in-situ polymerization, physicalblend and insert-layer, etc., and the characteristics of nano-ZnO such as ultraviolet shielding, enhanced-intensity, antibiosis-deodorization, antiflaming, etc. were described. The mechanisms of special characteristics were analyzed. Nano-ZnO used as pigment filler improves the coatings performance obviously and gives the coating′s novel functions. The prospect of nano-ZnO applications in coatings was presented.
