超声波化学镀制备WCNi复合粉体

【摘要】 采用粒度为106~180μm的WC粉末,通过超声波化学镀镍制备了一种表层具有金属特性而内部具有陶瓷性能的WC Ni复合粉末。介绍了该化学镀镍的工艺流程及各个工序。讨论了各工艺条件对镀速的影响以及镀液中WC的加入量对粉末施镀前后增重与镀液稳定性的影响。采用扫描电镜观察了粉末的微观形貌,通过能谱仪对施镀后的粉末表层成分进行了分析。结果表明,经化学镀镍处理后的WC颗粒外观良好,且颗粒表层镍磷体积分数达到了98%以上。该WC表面超声波化学镀镍工艺具有成本低、镀液稳定、易于操作等特点。

【Abstract】 A kind of WC-Ni composite powder with metallic character retained by its surface layer and ceramic character by its interior was obtained by using WC powder with granularity of 106~180 μm and ultrasonic electroless nickel plating. The process flow and each procedure of the elctroless nickel plating were introduced. The influences of process conditions on deposition rate were studied, and the effects of WC addition amount in the bath on the weight gain of the powder after electroless nickel plating and solution stability were also discussed. The components of the surface layer and the micro-morphology of the composite powder obtained were studied respectively with XRD and SEM. The results show that the WC powder treated by electroless nickel plating has satisfactory appearance and the total volume percent of Ni and P in its surface layer is over 98%. The process of the ultrasonic electroless nickel on WC powder has the advantages of low cost, stable solution and easy operation.
