利用二次侧小电流法检定双级补偿电流互感器的不确定度分析

【摘要】 针对双级补偿电流互感器的检定,首先分析以二次侧小电流法实施检定的原理误差以及因一次侧汇流排形成短路匝所引入的误差,确定相应的修正值;再对检定过程中可能出现的各类不确定度源做较全面的讨论,并依据测量不确定度原理对它们进行评定及合成。所得理论分析结果能科学地评价检定结果的可靠性和质量。

【Abstract】 For the verification of two-stage current transformer,the errors resulted from the principle of the method of small current flowing the secondary side and from the primary short circuit are analyzed,and the expressions of their corrections are presented.The uncertainty sources in verification process are discussed,and then the uncertainties are estimated and combined based on the principle of uncertainty.The result of theoretical analysis could evaluate the reliability and the quality of the verification result scientifically.
