高速数据采集系统中斜波式延时电路的设计
Design of Ramp Delay Circuit in High-Speed Data Acquisition System
【摘要】 高频信号的采集和提高信号采集的精度是信号处理领域需要着重研究的课题。首先介绍了数据采集系统的结构和功能,然后研究了基于斜波的数字可编程精密延时器电路原理,并设计了基于斜波的精密延时电路,最小延时精度可达8ps,实际结果能采集到高达50GHz高频信号。
【Abstract】 The sampling of high frequency signal and sampling precision are important problems that signal processing engineers must consider.In this paper the structure and function of data acquisition system is introduced the precision delay circuit principle of digitally programmable delay generator based on ramp is studied and the precision delay circuit is particular designed.The results show the smallest delay precision is 8ps and the data acquisition system can sample 50GHz high frequency ground radar signals at last.
