射频功率测量技术及其应用
The Technology and Application of RF Power Measurement
【摘要】 功率是表征射频信号特性的一个重要参数。近年来随着移动通信技术的迅速发展,准确测量通信系统中发射机与接收机的功率已成为关键技术之一。本文首先介绍利用二极管、等效热功耗、真有效值蛐直流转换器及对数放大器检测射频功率的4种方法,然后阐述射频功率测量系统的优化设计。所介绍的方法均具有实用价值。
【Abstract】 As a token of RF signal Power is an important parameter. In recent years the accurate power measurement of transmitter and receiver has become one of the critical technology with the quick development of mobile communication. In the beginning this paper introduces four methods of measuring RF power with diode equivalent heat power-consume TRMS DC switch and logarithmic amplifier. Then the optimized design of the RF power measurement system is expressed.
