远程集中抄表系统中集中器的单片机实现方法

【摘要】 微机远程集中抄表正逐渐替代传统的人工抄表。在保证抄表系统可靠运行的前提下,如何降低其成本、简化其实现是一个值得考虑的问题。抄表系统的集中器部分,多数产品是用工控机模块实现的。针对应用于智能住宅小区用电的抄表系统,提出了使用80C196KC单片机系统来实现集中器部分,并给出了实现的硬件结构图、通信协议、软件模块及其与工控机系统的优、缺点的比较。实践证明了该集中器比工控机系统实现简单且节省成本,对于抄表强度要求不是很高的系统有一定的实用价值。

【Abstract】 Traditional manual meter reading will be replaced by the computer remote concentrated meter reading. On the premise of assuring meter reading system running reliably how to reduce cost and simplify realization is a factor worthy of consideration. Many products use industry control computer to realize the concentrator section in remote concentrated meter reading system. This paper put forward a method which uses 80C196KC single chip microcomputer system to realize the concentrator section and provides hardware structure chart communication protocol software module advantage and disadvantage comparing with industry control computer. Practice has proved that this system realizes simply costs economically comparing with industry control compute and has certain practical value in this system that needn’t high meter reading intensity.
