Li-MnO2电池用EMD热处理温度的研究
Study on heat treatment temperature of EMD used for Li-MnO2 batteries
【摘要】 Li-MnO2电池用电解二氧化锰(EMD)的热处理温度对电池的综合电气性能有较大的影响。采用XRD法研究了不同温度下热处理的EMD的晶相结构,并制备成电池测试了开路电压、短路电流、内阻以及恒流和脉冲放电性能。结果表明,在380℃温度下处理EMD获得的β-MnO2比在300℃~350℃温度下获得的γβ-MnO2更适合作为Li/MnO2电池的正极材料。
【Abstract】 The heat treatment temperature of EMD in Li-MnO2 batteries has great effects on comprehensive electrical performance of batteries. The crystal phase structure of EMD heated at different temperatures was studied by XRD. Also, the open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current, inner resistance and discharge performance at constant or pulse current of the batteries made of those treated EMD powders were tested. The results showed that β-MnO2 obtained by heating EMD at about 380℃was more suitable for Li-MnO2 batteries than γβ-MnO2 which was obtained at 300℃~350℃.
