国产碳纤维纸合成PEMFC气体扩散层
Fabrication of GDL materials for PEM fuel cell with homemade carbon paper
【摘要】 以国产碳纤维纸为基体、酚醛树脂为粘接剂,采用液相浸渍法对碳纤维纸进行导电碳黑填充,合成了适合质子交换膜燃料电池扩散层使用的碳纤维纸。采用Pt载量为0.6mg/cm2的MEA,在70℃H2/O2常压条件下对碳纤维纸组装的单体电池进行了性能测试,测试结果表明:电池输出性能良好,在0.55V时输出功率为520mW/cm2。
【Abstract】 Homemade carbon fiber papers were dipped in carbon solution with the presence of phenolic resin as adhesive agent. The dipped carbon papers were graphitized at 1800℃in N2 air and then were used as gas diffuse layer materials for proton exchange membrane fuel cell. In the single cell test at condition of H2/O2, atmospheric pressure, 60℃, the performance was 520mW /cm2 at 0.55V with Gore112 catalyst coated membrane (Pt loading 0.6mg/cm2).
