高分子导电粘合剂在泡沫镍正极中的应用
Application of macromolecule electric bond in the nickel foam anode
【摘要】 介绍了导电性高分子粘合剂的合成方法,还介绍了在常规的CMC、HPMC、PTFE混合粘合剂中加入20%~30%(wt)导电高分子粘合剂制作泡沫镍电极的方法。试验结果表明:这种泡沫镍电极柔韧性好,电阻小,采用这种泡沫镍电极制作的镉镍电池放电电压平台明显提高。
【Abstract】 The method to synthesize electric macromolecule bond and method to p re pare foam Ni electrodes by adding 20%~30%(wt)electric macromolecule bond to routine mixed bond of CMC, HPMC, PTFE were introduced in this paper. The test r esults showed that the foam Ni electrode had good flexility and small resistance . And the discharge voltage platform of Cd-Ni battery made with this foam Ni el ectrode was higher than before evidently.
