无汞碱锰电池用EMD中硒的测定

【摘要】 研究了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法(HGAFS)测定电解二氧锰中微量硒,对仪器的条件、酸度的影响、还原剂的用量进行了优化设计。方法的相对标准偏差为1 6%~2 9%,检出限(3σ)为0 204μg/L,线性范围为0~50μg/L,相关系数为0 9998,回收率为94 8%~101 6%。此方法的选择性好,灵敏度较高,获得的结果令人满意。

【Abstract】 The content of selenium in EMD was determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The instrument condition,reagent concentration and the reductive dosage were investigated.It was proved that the proposed method was very convenient and highly sensitive.The method’s linearity of the calibration curve was 0~50μg/L,relative coefficient was 0.9998,relative standard deviation was 1.6%~2.9%,detection limits was 0.204μg/L,and rate of recovery was 94.8%~101.6%.The method was of high selectivity and sensitivity.The results obtained were satisfing.
