【摘要】 目的:研究乳果糖在痔切除术后的应用价值。方法:96例痔切除手术患者,术后随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组4 8例术后服用乳果糖,对照组4 8例按常规处理。观察两组手术后首次排便时间,大便性状,排便疼痛情况及首次排便后3d,5 d大便性状排便疼痛情况,评分量化比较。结果:治疗组首次排便时间,大便性状,排便疼痛及首次排便后3d,5 d大便性状排便疼痛指标明显优于对照组。结论:乳果糖用于痔切除术后有助于术后肠功能的恢复,能减轻术后首次排便疼痛及伤口整体疼痛,可以作为痔切除术后的一种常规治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The value of lactulose in posthaemorrhoidectomy is accessed in this article.Methods:96 posthaemorrhoidectomy patients were radomly devided into the treatment group and the contrast group. 48 cases of the treatment group were treated by lactulose after the operation, while other 48 cases were treated by routine way.The following conditions were observed after the operation:The first defecation time, the shape of stool,the painful feeling at first defecation, and painful feeling of 3 days, 5 days after the first defecation.Results: The aboved indexes in the treatment group were obviously better than that in the contrast group.Conclusion:The lactulose applied in posthaemorroidectomy can promote intestinal fuction recovery,palliate the first defecation pain and the total pain of the wund,and may be applied as a kind of routine remedy for posthaemorroidectomy.更多还原
