【摘要】 目的:探讨直肠黏膜保护剂在痔术后应用的有效性。方法:将10 0例痔术后患者随机分成两组,治疗组(48例)使用含直肠黏膜保护剂的肛门栓剂,对照组(5 2例)未使用直肠黏膜保护剂。并观察两组的治疗效果。结果:术后2 4 h及术后第6 d,治疗组与对照组的症状、体征总得分比较,治疗组均优于对照组。结论:痔手术后应用直肠黏膜保护剂可减轻术后疼痛、肛门坠胀、渗血、水肿、分泌物等症状和体征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Titanoreine suppository containing rectum mucosa protector in the treatment after haemorrhoidectomy.Methods:A randomized study was made in 100 patients(48 patients in the study group and 52 patients in the control group).Titanoreine suppositories were used in the study group and were not used in the concrol group.Results:Score on symptom was significantly different between the two groups after 24-hour and 6-day treatment.Score on pain,prolapse,bleeding,edema,secretion was significantly lower in the study group than in the concrol group.Conclusion:Rectum mucosa protector is effective in the treatment after haemorrhoidectomy.更多还原
