枯草芽孢杆菌培养一日法检测抗生素浓度的实验性研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨应用枯草芽孢杆菌检测体内抗生素的浓度由传统方法的5d或7d缩短为1d的可行性。方法:分别用培养1d、5d、7d三组枯草芽孢杆菌检测同一种抗生素的敏感度、扩散度及标准曲线。结果:3组枯草芽孢杆菌经镜查含芽孢均在85%以上,所铺的含菌平盘抑菌圈均清晰且边缘整齐;3组枯草芽孢杆菌对同一抗生素的敏感度及标准曲线的3个参数(、、)均无显著性差异(>0.05)。结论:培养1d的枯草芽孢杆菌应用于体内抗生素浓度的检测是可行的和有意义的。

【Abstract】 Objectives: The aim of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of the concentration of the antibiotic in vivo determined with Bacillus Subtilis by modifying the culture time from 5 d or 7 d to 1 d. Methods: The sensitivity and the diffused degree and the standard curve of thesame antibioticweredetermined with thethreegroupsof Bacillus Subtilisculturedfor 1 d, 5d, 7 d respectively. Results: Under the light microscope, there were more than 85% spore among the three groups of Bacillus Subtilis. The inhibitted bacteria circles were all clear and their borders in order. There were no statistical differences on the sensitirity of the antibiotic and the three parameters , , of the standard curve among the three groups of Bacillus Subtilis ( >0.05). Conclusions: It is feasible and significant to determine the concentration of the antibiotic in vivo with Bacillus Subtilis cultured for 1d (24h).
