【Abstract】 Logistics is the kind of systemic management’s idea and technology, and integration becomes a vital character of logistics development. So we analyze and compare the characteristic of logistics development among USA, Japan and Europe. Now, as logistics in our country has transformed from traditional logistics to logistics, our country need to learn the experience of logistics development in west developed countries, build logistics network system which adapts to the economic development and environmental harmony, set up a series of logistics development policy system and our logistics development thought.
