【Abstract】 The world order has greatly changed after cold war. Though new world war can’t break out, local wars and regional conflicts continue. International terrorism becomes new security threat. New interference policy of America becomes new war form. The period of the two antagonistic ideologies dominating international relations has ended. National interests are placed on the first priority of foreign policy. Economic globalization deepens international interdependent relations, extends the basis of seeking common interests and international cooperation, and also aggravates international competition and conflict. The multi-polarization of the world structure is the trend of historical development. Constructing new world order on the basis of multi-polar balance is the realistic choice.更多还原
