生物可降解塑料降解程度评定方法的研究
The study on assessing the degree of degradation of biodegradable plastics
【摘要】 在特定条件下,某些微生物能在塑料或其制品的表面生长繁殖,并将其降解.但现阶段研制出的各种生物可降解塑料是否能被完全降解需要一种行之有效的鉴定方法.为此,选用两种方法对比进行了实验尝试:其一是从宏观上定性分析的平板菌落透明圈法;其二是定量法,即通过CO2放出量及塑料的分解程度测定在受控条件下塑料的最大有氧生物降解量.实验结果表明,以上两种方法是可行的.
【Abstract】 <Abstrcat>Under certain conditions, microbe can grow and reproduce on the surface of plastics, which can be subsequently degraded by the metabolic produces of microorganisms. At present, people are making great effort to get a method which can determine whether the plastics are degraded completely. The objective of this paper was to explore in this respect and try to acquire a simple, rapid and relatively effective method to analyze the extent to which the biodegradable plastics were degraded according to the transparent ring and the release of CO2 using Warburg respirometer. The rate of degredation indicated that these methods were feasible. During the course of the experiment,isolated the microbe that could readily degrade available plastics. The present paper was a preliminary research to assess the decomposing extent of biodegradable plastics by using quantitive methods and therefore provide a theoretical reference for the application of biodegradable plastics.
