以固载杂多酸盐TiSiW12O40/TiO2做催化剂合成DPOMA
Catalytic synthesis of DPOMA by heteropolyacid salt catalyst TiSiW12O40/TiO2
【摘要】 以自制的固载杂多酸盐TiSiW12O40/TiO2做催化剂,用双环戊二烯、乙二醇和甲基丙烯酸为原料合成了甲基丙烯酸双环戊二烯氧基乙酯(DPOMA),并用红外光谱对目标产物及TiSiW12O40/TiO2进行了表征.结果表明,固载杂多酸盐催化剂对酯化合成DPOMA具有催化活性高、酯收率大、产品后处理简单且具有易于回收、可多次重复使用和不污染环境等优点.
【Abstract】 <Abstrcat>The TiSiW(12)O(40)/TiO2 was used to catalyze the synthesis of di-cyclopentenyl oxymethyl methacrylic ester (DPOMA). The structures of products and TiSiW(12)O(40)/TiO2 were analyzed by IR. The catalyst showed many advantages. It can decrease the corrosion of equipments and is friendly to the environment, obtains higher ester ratio and selectivity, makes simplicity in treating the products and can be used repeatedly.
