【摘要】 我国国有企业技术创新过程中,政府需要承担起创造良好的外部环境,帮助其解决资金缺乏问题的任务。本文认为,政府应该通过建立完善的宏观调控机制以帮助企业增加自身资本积累,同时建立健全企业的外部融资环境和配套的社会服务体系来解决企业技术创新资金缺乏的问题。更多还原
