弯曲木加工机器人神经网络模糊控制技术
Application of Neural-fussy Control Technology to Flexural Wood Bending Robot
【摘要】 根据弯曲木加工过程中的非线性因素众多,精确数学模型难以建立的控制特点,提出将神经网络和模糊逻辑相结合的智能控制方法应用于控制系统中,结合两种控制方法的优点设计出符合加工要求的控制系统。实验结果表明,这种控制器具有良好的抗干扰性和鲁棒性,可以达到木材弯曲的特殊要求,获得满意的控制结果。
【Abstract】 Neural network combined with fussy control was applied to flexural wood robot control system aiming at the various non-linear factors in processing flexural wood as well as the control characteristic hard to be measured by accurate mathematic models. Result proved that this kind of controller had the properties of good robust and anti-jamming, and the special requirement for bend and a satisfactory result could be obtained.
