笼养黑叶猴水分摄入与消耗

【摘要】 通过对笼养黑叶猴水分摄入和代谢的观察研究发现:食物中叶片中的水分是黑叶猴水分需要的主要来源,占水分需求总量的76.92%,其它的23.08%来自于自由水。黑叶猴的日进食量与饮水量具有极显著负相关,说明黑叶猴是通过扩大觅食量的对策来获得足够的水分,这对适应季节性的干旱环境尤为重要。黑叶猴日摄入水分676.76g,除部分经体表和呼吸系统排出外,通过尿液和粪便丢失的水分最多,达420.13g,占摄入水分的62.08%。

【Abstract】 The study on the water intake and water consumption of Trachypithecus francoisi showed that water contained in leaves was the main resource available for Trachypithecus francoisi, which accounted for 76.92% of the total water requirement in captivity, and the other 23.08% was from running water which provided by human. The feeding quantity of Trachypithecus francoisi was closely related with water drinking, which showed that Trachypithecus francoisi could gain enough water by enlarging food intakes to adapt to the dry weather of arid environment. Except the evaporation for the body surface and respiration system, there were still two pathways of water losing. The water intake was 676.76gram every day, and water losing through urine and feces was 420.13gram which accounted for 62.08% of all water intakes.
