银狐生长激素成熟mRNA真核表达载体的构建

【摘要】用PCR方法,从含有银狐生长激素mRNA的阳性重组质粒pMD18-T-fGH中亚克隆出生长激素基因,然后定向插入到真核表达载体pcDNA3. 1( +)中,通过酶切、质粒PCR和序列测定对质粒进行鉴定表明,成功构建了银狐生长激素成熟mRNA真核表达质粒pcDNA3. 1-fGH。更多还原

【Abstract】 Growth hormone gene of Vulpes vulpes was sub-cloned by polymerase chain reaction from recombined pMD18-T-GHcDNA plasmid, and then inserted into eukaryotic expressed vector pcDNA3.1. It was proved by restrict enzyme analysis and sequencing. The result of identification showed that eukaryotic expression vector pcDNA3.1-GHcDNA was successfully constructed.更多还原
