集散控制在中密度纤维板施胶系统中的应用
The Application of Distributed Control System to Glue System of Medium Density Fibreboard
【摘要】 讨论了集散控制在中密度纤维板施胶系统中的应用,分析了中密度纤维板施胶控制系统中由组态软件支持的上位机和以PLC为主体的下位机的应用和特点,同时还分析了在系统设计及调试中需要注意的问题。
【Abstract】 The application of the distributed control system to medium density fibreboard (MDF) glue system was discussed. The application and characteristic of the MDF glue system were analyzed, which was composed of host-computer and client-computer based on configuration software and PLC. The problems which should be paid more attention to during the process of designing and debugging the system were also pointed out.
