高温对马蹄莲生长发育的影响
High-temperature impact on common Zantedeschia aethiopica Spreng growth
【摘要】 选择生长发育程度不同、生长健壮的白色马蹄莲(Zantedeschia aethiopica Spreng)植株,将马蹄莲植株放置于人工气候箱内,在每天2h40℃高温处理,而光照强度、空气湿度、土壤湿度等环境条件均为仿自然生长条件下,对不同马蹄莲的开花数量、株高、叶片生长量、植株生长速度、叶片数等进行观察与分析。结果表明,马蹄莲植株初始高度和终了高度都与其叶片数呈正相关,高温对株高在8~15 cm范围内的马蹄莲中小植株的高生长影响较小,而对株高小于5cm的幼小植株的叶片的生长抑制较小,高温对植株高度大于15 cm的大苗影响较大。
【Abstract】 We choose several groups repeat individual calla plant of different growth status every four period put them in artificial weather cabin to simulate nature growing conditions with optimized illumination,air humidity,soil humidity and maximum temperature of(40 ℃),to make correlation analysis on different plant of growth factors: blossom leaf number plant height,plant growth speed and leaf number,to discover the general principle of calla growth in high temperature(40 ℃).The result indicates,initial height of the common calla plant and height of the end all count the positive correlation of presenting with the blade;and suppress smaller to a growth of higher primary in the blade of the immature plant of 5 cm.The high temperature is highly greater than the big shoot of 15 cm of great impact to the plant.
