大豆植株中酰脲含量变化动态研究

【摘要】 试验对大豆植株各部位的酰脲含量进行了测定分析。结果表明,荚果和茎部酰脲含量高于叶片和叶柄,从苗期茎酰脲含量开始逐渐增加,至R5或R6期达到最高值;叶片酰脲含量在整个生育期中变化较小;叶柄酰脲含量呈先降低后增加的趋势,并于R6期达到最大值;荚果酰脲含量于R4或R5期达到最大值。大豆植株各部位尿囊酸与尿囊素的比例不同,叶片中尿囊酸含量与尿囊素含量相近,茎、叶柄、荚果尿囊酸含量显著高于尿囊素含量,其顺序为:茎>荚果>叶柄>叶片。尿囊酸含量与酰脲含量呈显著正相关。

【Abstract】 In this study the ureides content in different positions of soybean plant was analyzed.The result showed that the ureides content in legume and stem was higher than in leaf and petiole;the uneides content in stem began to rise from seedling stage and maximum being on stage R5 or R6;in leaf the ureides content had a little change;in petiole it increased then decreased and maximum being on stage R6;the ureides content in legume was the highest on stage R4 or R5;there was a different proportion of allantoin and allantoic acid in different positions,the content of allantoic acid and allantoin was almost equal,but in stem,petiole and legume the content of allantoic acid was higher than allantoin obviously,the order was stem >legume >petiole >leaf;there was a significant correlation between allantoic acid and ureides content.
