阀控液压缸正反向速度比及跟踪特性的理论分析
Theory analysis of valve controlled cylinder forward and backward velocity ratio and trace property
【摘要】 针对工程中出现的对称阀、非对称阀控制对称缸,对称阀、非对称阀控制非对称缸的各种组合形式,推导了统一的阀控液压缸系统的流量方程,对各种阀控液压缸正反向速度比给出了统一表达式。在推导过程中分析了影响阀控缸系统正反向速度比的因素,说明了不同阀控缸系统正反向响应速度及跟踪特性的差异,提出了正反向跟踪特性及负载匹配的概念,得出了一些对理论分析及工程实际有一定指导意义的结论。
【Abstract】 The paper gives out general quantity formula that symmetry valve and asymmetry valve controlled single rod cylinder. In this condition, gives out general velocity ratio formula in two directions. And analysis the factors impact on the velocity ratio, and analysis the differences of response and tract property for valve controlled single rod cylinder system, presented the conception of trace property and load matching. At the end, give out some significant results in theory analysis and engineering application.
