不同DNA提取方法对4种重要作物DNA提取效率的比较
Comparison of the efficiency of different DNA extraction methods on 4 kinds of important crops
【摘要】 以大豆、黄瓜、水稻、玉米的幼嫩叶片为材料,采用4种不同的DNA提取方法,比较不同方法的DNA提取效率。结果表明,不同作物采用不同的提取方法,DNA的质量和产率有显著差异。大豆、黄瓜、水稻采用CTAB法,玉米采用SDS法,其DNA提取效率高。
【Abstract】 Compare the efficiency of 4 various DNA extraction methods on different plants, using the young leaves of soybean, cucumber, rice and maize as materials. The results show that the quality and yield of DNA are highly significant by using different methods on different plants, CTAB method is an efficient DNA extraction method for soybean, cucumber, rice; SDS method is an efficient DNA extraction method for maize.
