黄瓜主要营养品质性状遗传分析

【摘要】 文章较系统地对40个品种(系)的黄瓜营养品质性状进行了研究。结果表明,黄瓜营养品质中可溶固形物、维生素C等5个营养品质性状可作为营养品质育种材料的选择依据,决定系数为0.9448。主成分分析和通径检验表明,可溶固形物为育种材料的营养品质的典范性状。应在育种低世代进行选择,而高世代按育种目标进行其他性状的选择。

【Abstract】 The nutrient quality character of forty cucumbers varieties was systemically studied in this paper. The result showed that these characters have different correlation degree. Selection of breeding material about nutrient quality were decided by five nutrient quality characters(soluble solids, VC, etc. ), the determination coefficient was 0.9448. Principal component and path analysis showed that soluble solids were typical character of nutrient quality in breeding material selection, which should be selected in the low generation of breeding, moreover the rest characters should be selected in high generation according to breeding aim.
