饲粮锰水平对蛋雏鸭生长及血液生化指标的影响

【摘要】 采用玉米-豆粕型饲粮,选1日龄健康金定雏鸭105只,试鸭随机分为7组,共7个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复5只鸭,锰添加水平依次为0,30,60,90,120,150,1000mg·kg-1,试验期为4周,研究饲粮锰水平对蛋雏鸭生长及血液、内脏生化指标的影响。结果表明,饲粮锰水平不影响雏鸭体增重,影响日采食量和饲料转化率。随饲粮锰水平的升高,血清、肝脏MnSOD的活性升高,心脏没有显著变化,血清淀粉酶活性变化没有规律,血清葡萄糖、总胆固醇含量升高,尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、甘油三酯降低,血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白没有显著变化,碱性磷酸酶活性升高,谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性变化没有规律。本试验表明,蛋鸭在育雏阶段第4组90mg·kg-1锰的添加量为最适宜水平。建议在蛋鸭笼养条件下育雏阶段饲粮锰的添加水平为90mg·kg-1。

【Abstract】 An examination was conducted to study the roles of manganese in ducks with corn-soybean meal basal diet. 105 healthy a-day-old ducklings were randomly divided into 7 groups. There′re 7 treatments, 3 repetitions, 5 ducks for each repetition. 4 weeks′research studied the influence of dietary manganese levels on growing and blood, viscera biochemical index. The manganese additive levels was 0,30,60,90,120,150,1 000 mg·kg-1. The results showed that the levels of manganese had no effect on gaining weight and had significant effect on the feed intake and feed utilized efficiency. Along with Mn level of diet rising, MnSOD activity of serum and liver hoisted. Heart AMY and AST, ALT hasn′t obvious rule. The content of BUN, CRE, URIC, TG and CHOL reduced. TP, ALB hasn′t remarkable change. This test indicated that manganese′s suitable additive level of egg duckling is 90 mg·kg-1 of fourth group. It is suggested that diet Mn level of the egg duckling is 90 mg·kg-1 under cage condition.
