【摘要】 [目的]探讨腹膜、腹膜后间质瘤的临床病理特点.[方法]对大连大学附属医院近3a收治11例腹膜、腹膜后间质瘤患者的临床病理特点及用免疫组织化学方法检测CD117、CD34、SMA、S100蛋白表达的情况进行回顾性分析.[结果]11例患者中发生于结肠(横结肠)上区3例,结肠(横结肠)下区8例.肿瘤未能完整切除者4例.肿瘤大小≤2cm者2例,>2～5cm者1例,>5～10cm者3例,>10cm者5例.细胞形态以梭形细胞为主9例,以上皮样细胞为主2例.11例患者CD117全部阳性,CD34阳性7例,SMA阳性5例,S100全阴性.[结论]结果提示腹膜、腹膜后间质瘤作为GIST的一种特殊类型,有着其自身的临床病理特点.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective]To investigate the clinical and pathological characteristics of the peritoneal or retroperitoneal stromal tumors.[Methods]The clinical pathologic data and the expression of CD117、CD34、SMA、S-100 measured with immunohistochemistry in 11 cases with the peritoneal or retroperitoneal stromal tumors in the late 3 years were studied retrospectively.[Results]In the 11 cases,3 locate in the district up the colon,8 locate in the district down the colon.The 4 tumors can’t be cut off completely by surgery.The tumor <2cm(n=2), 2~5cm(n=1),5~10cm(n=3),>10cm(n=5).9 cases mainly show spindly cell type,2 mainly show epithelioid cytologyic feature.In 11 cases,all are CD117 positive,7 are CD34 positive, 5 are SMA positive,none is positive in S-100.[Conclusion]The results suggest that the peritoneal or retroperitoneal stromal tumor is an especial kind of GIST,but it has its own clinical and pathological characteristics.更多还原
