蒸汽锅炉低负荷运行对水动力可靠性的影响

【摘要】 本文从水动力可靠性方面对Y-130/39-2型锅炉低负荷运行的安全性进行研究和分析.结果表明:50%负荷以上水循环可靠;40%负荷循环流量有波动,但水循环可靠;30%负荷不宜长期运行;20%负荷不宜运行.

【Abstract】 According to the view of hydro-dynamic reliability,the safety of hydro-power for the boiler running under the condition of low-load in the power plant is investigated and analyzed in this paper.The research results reveal that when the load of the boiler is more than 50%, the operation of the water circulation is safe;when the load is 40%,the water circulation is safe,but at the same time the velocity of the water circulation displays some fluctuation;30% load is not suitable for the boiler to keep a stable long-term running of water circulation;when the load is only 20% or under,the water circulation of the boiler is not safe,it should be avoided.
