铅酸电池脉冲内化成的研究
Research on the pulse container formation of lead acid battery
【摘要】 铅酸电池内化成较外化成有生产周期短、费工少、占地少、环境污染小等优点。电池采用一般的内化成工艺,极板化成不彻底,因此深循环寿命不如外化成的电池。通过改进极板配方和生产工艺,可以提高电池大电流充电接受能力;采用脉冲内化成极化,化成时间从90~120h,减少到约60h。电池寿命要以5A或7A放电成组检测。
【Abstract】 <Abstrcat>Compared with the tank formation, container formation had many advantages such as shorter production (period,) less labor, less room, and little environmental pollution. If the battery adopted with conventional container formation,the plates would be formated inadequately, so its deep cycle life was less than the tank formation one. By improving the formula and process (techno-)logy, the heavy current charge acceptance capability of the battery was enhanced, the formation time was reduced from (90~120 h) to about 60 h by using pulse container formation. Life test should be tested by group with discharge current of 5 A or 7 A.
