导电纤维对正极放电性能的影响
The effects of conductive fiber on the discharging performance of positive
【摘要】 研究了导电纤维添加剂对铅酸蓄电池正极放电性能的影响,在单片正极电池的容量受正极控制的条件下,以不同倍率恒流放电,测定了相同长度而不同含量导电纤维的单片正极的容量和能量。在正极中添加1~2mm、1 0%的导电纤维时,比能(容)量提高38%(35 7%)。应用图像分析仪测定了极板的平均孔径与孔表面积及其分布,微孔的比表面积、极板表面颗粒沉积的大小和致密程度可定性反映其组成的电池放电性能。
【Abstract】 The discharging performance of the positive of lead acid battery with different conductive fiber contents was (researched.) The capacity of lead acid battery was limited by the single positive plate, discharging capacity and energy of lead acid batteries added the same length but different content conductive fiber were tested at different discharge rate.In the positive plate conductive fiber containing with the length 1~2 mm was added 1.0%,specific (energy) capacity was increased (38%(35.7%).)Average diameter, surface area and distribution of micro-pore were tested by microscopy image analysis apparatus,surface area and denseness of the micro-pore could suggest the quality of discharging performance of the battery.
