碳黑对电池正极性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了碳黑对铅酸电池正极活性物质能量的影响,得到了较好含量的配方。应用图像分析仪测定了极板的平均孔径、孔表面积及分布等孔结构参数,并拍摄了正极板表面的显微照片,同时利用相对法测试了电池的内阻。结果表明:碳黑能提高活性物质的导电能力,并改善活性物质的孔隙结构,从而使正极活性物质的能量提高了38 5%。

【Abstract】 The effects of carbon black on the energy of positive active mass (PAM) of lead-acid battery were investigated. As a result,the optimum content of carbon black was estimated.Average diameter, surface area and distribution of micro-pore were (tested) by microscopy image analysis apparatus and scanning pictures of positive plate surface were taken. At the same time, the relative internal resistance had been tested. It was found that carbon black increased the conductivity of PAM and improved pore distribution of PAM,therefore the specific energy of PAM had been increased by 38.5%.
