【Abstract】 This paper describes the research and development of high imitation (nature) synthetic leather made of microfiber, it contains followings: a. the preparation of sea-island type (37 islands) staple fiber (individual 0.05 dtex), the design of spinneret and the study of alkali-soluble polyester, b. the distinctive needlepunch technology two directions, high frequency, high density, c. the new spliting composite fiber technique by means of high-pressure hydro-entanglement and its bonding effect, d. unique synthetic leather making method by resin re-impregnating process, e. development and application of deepen-processing product.
