超高分子量聚乙烯纤维复合材料界面性质的研究进展
The Research Progress on Interfacial Property of UHMWPE Fibre Composite Material
【摘要】 从提高超高分子量聚乙烯纤维与基体的粘接性入手,详细介绍了超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的各种表面处理方法,如等离子体处理、电晕放电和化学氧化等,同时介绍了目前超高分子量聚乙烯纤维复合材料常用的聚氨酯类、乙烯酯类树脂体系的特点和应用现状及前景。
【Abstract】 The adhesion properties of UHMWPE fibre with resin matrix, various surface treatment of UHMWPE fibers, such as plasma, corona discharge and chemical reagent oxygenate are detailed in this paper. The property and application of resin system, such as PUR, VER and epoxy which are commonly used by UHWMPE fibre are also discussed.
