海岛纤维碱减量法溶解海组分
Island-in-the-Sea Fiber Dissolve Sea Component with Alkalimetry
【摘要】 探讨了COPET/PET型海岛纤维的溶解情况。分析COPET改性共聚酯的构成,阐明其由NaOH溶液溶解的原理。用正交设计法对实验进行优化设计,计算每个实验的纤维失重率,结果用显微分析法进行分析,确定纤维的溶解状况,并找出最佳工艺参数。
【Abstract】 The paper study the dissolution of the kind of the COPET/PET island-in-the-sea fiber. The paper analyses the constitute of COPET/PET and expounds the fundament of dissolution. The experiment part optimizes the design plan with orthogonal design, and calculates the rate of fibre weight loss in each experiment and analysis the result with micro analysis. The purpose of experiment is to find the best technological parameter.
