【摘要】 为进一步制订丝素和丝胶的质量标准,并用以指导蚕丝蛋白规范生产,检测分析了丝素与丝胶中的氨基酸含量、干燥失重和灰分等质量指标,砷、铅等重金属含量的安全性指标,以及菌落总数、大肠菌群和致病菌等微生物指标。参照食品、化妆品等国家标准限量规定,结合蚕丝蛋白的特性和生产制备现状,初步提出了评价丝素与丝胶质量优劣的指标及相应的数值范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quality indexes of silk fibroin and sericin such as amino acid content, desiccation weightlessness and ash content were detected and analyzed in this paper. Simultaneously the security indexes of heavy metal content and microorganism content were also determined. Comparing the results with the national standards for food and cosmetics, the quality standard indexes of silk fibroin and sericin were constituted. It provided the basis for further preparing the quality standards for silk fibroin and sericin and was important to supervise their production and to expand their use.更多还原
