【摘要】 初步研究了苏芸金杆菌(Bacillusthuringiensis,B.t)和家蚕核型多角体病毒(Bombyxmorinuclearpolyhedrosisvirus,BmNPV)对家蚕的联合致病作用。结果表明,BmNPV可增强B.t的毒力,增效作用显著;3.6×104、1.2×105mL-1B.t可增强BmNPV的毒力;与单独感染相比,B.t与BmNPV联合感染可缩短LT500.1～2.1d,加速家蚕死亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Combination pathogenicity of Bacillus thuringiensis and Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus to silkworms was investigated preliminarily, the results showed that BmNPV could enhance virulence of B.t remarkably, and so did 3 6×10 4 mL~-1 B.t and 1 2×10 5 mL~-1 B.t to BmNPV, and compared with single infection, combination infection of B.t and BmNPV could make silkworms die quickly, which’s showed by the decreased LT 50 ranging from 0 1 days to 2 1 days.更多还原
