【Abstract】 In the development of diesel electronic test and control system,some data have to be accumulated frequently for the system to process further.As there are many kinds of memories,FRAM is compared with other ones and its features and advantages are presented.Moreover,FM24C04 FRAM,which is produced by Ramtron is becoming very popular domestically.It ’s application in diesel electronic and control system and C language program with Keil simulation software are discussed.更多还原
