风冷柴油机高原恢复功率台架模拟试验研究

【摘要】 通过对BF8L413F发动机选配大流量、高压比的增压器,在发动机高原模拟试验台进行了台架试验,对6种改进型的增压器进行了高原台架模拟试验,通过对数据的分析,得出了海拔高度对发动机使用性能的影响,同时也为高原地区发动机功率恢复提供了可行的技术方案。

【Abstract】 Through selecting superchargers with high flux and compress radio on the BF8L413F engine, we processed simulated experimentations in the simulated plateau test-bed. Via the simulated experimentations of six improved projects and the test results, we analyzed the influences of dynamic performance and economic performance of this turbocharged diesel engine versus different height above sea level. The results proved that we provided more theoretical groundwork for improving the perfor-mance of the turbocharged diesel engine, and give some feasible schemes for power recovery in the plateau.
